Chef Brian is a professionally trained Chef & Master Baker from the Culinary Institute of America in New York and is a featured Chef on KSBY & KCOY with his demonstrations of authentic Santa Maria Style Red Oak Pit BBQ. He also worked as the Corporate Chef for Susie Q’s Brand Artisan Foods and conducts cooking classes at exhibitions throughout California.
